Hotel located in the heart of Verona, just one step away from everything in the old town. Very nice staff. Fortunately I was avle ro Check-in early in the morning. The house and rooms has aged well, not top notch modern, but therefore with atmosphere and individuality. I found everything I needed, room was clean. Recommendable

The welcome from all the staff was first rate in gact all the staff were amazing. The location of the hotel is perfect to explore the city. Hotel is a little dated and needs a refresh but its in an old building. Breakfast was a little disappointing. That said I would stay there again

Lovely,lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Reception staff were so welcoming and helpful.The lady in the breakfast room remembered our coffee preferences without us having to ask. Room was teeny tiny but was adequate for our short stay.Room didn't have aircon which meant window open to the noise of the street. The location was absolutely perfect,so close to the Arena and all the sights we wanted to visit. Also the buses were in the Piazza Bra, too.
