"The Palace hotel was lovely, the staff were very helpful, especially with my very limited Italian. Check-in was really quick and easy, same with check-out. The room was spacious and clean, felt modern inside, bed was super comfortable and the whole bathroom was lovely. The view from the balcony was great, across to the mountains in the distance."

"We had the most pleasant stay here at Hotel Agape. As people we were here to visit the main attractions being 2 minute walk from the metro was amazing. We could come home in between to shower and go about our day easily. Breakfast was outstanding and was extremely pleased with getting unlimited fresh cappuccinos in the morning from friendly staff. The bedrooms were big! Shower was amazing and they provide you with shower gel and shampoo. The only downside of this stay was that the walls are thin and we can hear whoever is in the room next to us easily.. luckily no one was loud at an ungodly hour, We were throughly impressed by the accommodation here and them holding our bags safely free of charge for us as we enjoyed our last morning in Milan and seeing the Last Supper. Thank you kind stuff at Hotel Agape from people who live all the way in California. In the future we will be sure to come back. :) "
