"Staff were very good. We were a party of 65 people and everything went smoothly. Manageress was most helpful in dealing with such a large group. All rooms sorted before we arrived and only charged for the breakfasts consumed. Would use Star hotels again."

"Staff were really helpful and pleasant. Bfast was basic but plentiful. Would have liked coffee in the room, vending in the foyer. Walk into town was around 10 minutes. Value for money was very good."

"Had a really nice stay, the staff were really polite and helpful especially Christina. The hotel is located near a metro station which makes it easy to travel around Milan. The breakfast options were nice and the room was clean. The only thing was the light switches in the room were hard to figure out at first but we asked the cleaners for help and they politely helped us. All in all a very good hotel with very nice staff in a good location. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again in the future."

"Lovely staff and excellent breakfast. Only criticism was that there was no kettle or coffee maker in the room. Towels were also very thin, small and not the best quality! The staff and ambience made up for this though."
