"The room was perfect, and the views were spectacular. The staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. There happened to be a rail strike during our stay which affected our transportation to our next destination, and without even asking, they offered several options which saved us hours of searching on our own for a “workaround.” I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Bellagio and I hope to return in the future!"

"The location of the hotel is mirific. The view from the balcony towards Lake Como is stunning. The people are very friendlier and very nice. The swimming pool is clean and quiet. The free breakfast was good, a variety of pastries to choose from. Few choices of vegetables like watermelon, cantaloupe also very tasty. Coffee was very good either americano or espresso. On the sandwich table was the same cold cuts every morning, italian bologna, boiled eggs, italian cheese and zucchini slices. No scrambled eggs. Over all it was a great stay at the hotel."

"The hotel was walkable to a couple of attractions like Villa Carlota and also convenient to the ferry dock.We had a beautiful view of the lake from our balcony. We enjoyed our stay! "
