"Loved the hotel. Loved breakfast at the hotel. The evening resturaunt was ok. The staff was always scrambling. On the second night we made a reservation. We received a confirmation and when we arrived they could not find the reservation. They sat us but acted like we were an inconvenience the entire dinner. The front desk was very nice and accommodating. The room was perfect with an absolutely amazing view of lake como. The pool was beautiful but cold. I would definitely stay there...

"The breakfast was good, lots of options to chose from depending on your personal preference. Location is convenient for not only accessing menaggio, but also the other many towns along the lake. The ferry makes for easy access across the lake. The Piazza is a roughly 20 minute walk from hotel. Its uphill the whole way back but not too bad. You can also drive down, but parking can be tricky if not there early enough.

"The property was very well maintained and in a beautiful location. Sophia at the front desk was a delight, she was so sweet and helpful. Unfortunately breakfast was not great, the eggs were undercooked and slimy and the bacon was barely cooked. This is a very nice place overall but it is a long steep walk to town. There is a bus that brings you up pretty far with a shortcut to the hotel but make sure you get the correct bus. Once we got on the wrong bus and ended up stranded in the middle of...
"Muy buen hotel para pasar la noche en Sondrio! Gestión muy cercana y familiar, se nota que trabajan con vocación de servicio! Habitación con mucho encanto, con comodidades modernas y magníficas vistas al río. Super céntrico y con párking económico. La única pega, el desayuno un poco pobre.
