Within 5 minutes there was a maintenance employee at my door with a heater for me. The lobby check in is a bit snobby. But overall everyone was professional and efficient. The facilities need some updating. One electrical outlet in my room wasn't fully attached to the wall and the minibar frig didn't really chill anything. "
