"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Every detail was taken care of, spacious elegant room for 4 people, comfortable beds, loads of extras including bathroom toiletries, robes, slippers, and a welcome bottle of bubbly. Excellent staff throughout the hotel. Excellent bar and Bartender. Wonderful breakfast. My hard to impress family was Impressed! Superb seafood restaurant next door. Excellent late night pizza restaurant up the street. Very safe area with high end hotels. Excellent location for walking to sites and front desk calls taxis fast and easy. This may be the best hotel in Rome! If you have a chance to stay at this hotel Do It! You won’t be disappointed. Hotel Mellini was one of our favorite parts of our 3 day stay in Rome."

"We only stayed one night prior to us leaving for home the next day. It was such a convenient area to walk just about 10 minutes to the Basilica and 20 min drive to the Colosseum. It helped us get in as much as we could in Rome. Staff were attentive. The room was clean and spacious."
