"The rooms were a tad old, but the biggest issue was in-room dining. I had asked for 3 scoops of ice cream which came after 45 minutes and melted. I complained to the duty manager and he could not care less. Next day I complained to the duty manager and all she did was asked me to complain to the restaurant manager. A so called 5- star property where no one seems to take the responsibility and just asks the customer to another contact doesn't deserve to be a 5-star service."
