Staff was very courteous. Breakfast buffet was good. Wish they had better chicken and fish options instead of just pouching. Tasted dry and unflavored. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I like the 2 different kinds of pillow options - soft & firm. Pool is beautiful but no option to heat the pool or even just the hot tub/ jacuzzi. Its very unfortunate. I was looking forward to use those amenities but could not do so with the water being very cold. Especially since its a highlight of the hotel. It would've been a better stay.
