"Most breathtaking view. There was a wedding going on big party. Hard to get to narrow streets. The pool was closed and after being told the hot tub was 24 hrs it was closed in the morning. Breakfast was great, dinner not so much. "

"Hotel Agave is a very pleasant property, and the staff was truly excellent throughout our 10-day stay: always kind, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, I must point out a very negative aspect that seriously affected the last days of our stay. During our visit, the hotel hosted a group of about 50 middle school students from Sardinia. Their presence made it almost impossible to rest, especially at night. The students were very loud until 2–3 a.m., with constant noise and shouting, and unfortunately the supervision from the teachers was minimal. This created a very stressful situation and was not compatible with a relaxing stay. I want to emphasize that the issue was not the hotel staff, who remained supportive and professional, but rather an organizational choice that, in my opinion, should be reconsidered. Hosting large school groups alongside guests seeking a peaceful stay is simply not compatible. I would strongly recommend that future guests check in advance whether school groups are present, as this can significantly impact the quality of the stay."

"Three Things That We Liked About This Place: 1- The view from the hotel was super beautiful, mind blowing and relaxing in which it was facing the beach and the hilly landscape that was gorgeous & fantastic. 2- The helpfulness of the front desk especially Paola & Vincenzo was beyond expectation and left us without words to describe how we felt. Their customer service skills were excellent & above and beyond. Their warmth and welcoming made us feel like we were at home. Simply we can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us. 3- The restaurant was amazing. Very delicious food that is made with love, perfection and passion. In our opinion their restaurant layout and food quality were the same as fine dining restaurants in Naples, Italy. Very professional restaurant staff and the view from the restaurant was breathtaking. Attention To The Following Two Points: 1- The hotel is located up hill from the city and it has NO public transportation to it so either you take the taxi by calling the taxi company/order a taxi from the hotel or you rent a car which is the best option. We thank the hotel for mentioning this in advance before booking. 2- There are many events happening at the restaurant like weddings/engagement/birthday/graduation parties…..etc and it gets loud there most of the time. A positive experience for us especially with the front desk staff that we were super impressed by their professionalism, helpfulness and warmth."

"Staff were fine, parking was good. But overall, this is a terrible hotel, room was not as expected, we booked a superior room but didn’t get one, we were offered another room but this was exactly the same. This hotel is not suitable for tourists, being in the middle of a car sales area without any restaurants nearby, did not feel safe going out after dark. The pictures of the hotel were not reflected in the reality. We changed hotel after 2 of the 7 nights."
