"Staff was not supportive to my needs as I reserved for infant inclusion however they charge additional €15 for the baby bed"

"Absolutely nothing"

"The hotel was affordable. Loved the airport shuttle bus service and the distance to MXP airport. However, the wall was too thin. I could hear the neighbors and the suitcases wheels sounds in the hallway from my bed."

"Colazione buona e personale gentile"

"Premetto che la ragazza che ci ha accolto al check-in è stata di una gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità davvero straordinarie. Persone come lei sono una rarità e meriterebbero di essere valorizzate molto di più. È stata senza dubbio l'unica nota davvero positiva del nostro soggiorno. "Location and accomodating with early morning shuttle. Clean and attentive."

"Chambre spacieuse , salle de bains très bien équipée, bon petit déjeuner, personnel accueillant."

"Very nice hotel clean rooms very good breakfast nice staff very friendly"

"Dirty room, tv did not work properly staff was unhelpful last time I ever stay there. And for the price it was pathetic."

"The staff was friendly and helpful The hotel is clean and comfortable - with a very good breakfast buffet. Convenient to the Milan Malpensa airport. We chose the hotel because staying in the city of Milan is not easy with the crowds, traffic, AND DIFFICLUT PARKING. We made a great choice and highly recommend this hotel!"

"Bellissima camera, vista lago stupenda"

"Great location spacious room and very friendly staff."

"Great place with friendly staff"

"The hotel was clean & nice, but we have been surprised that the A/C not working for more than a week, we expected any complimentary from the hotel management to cover the A/C problem, but actually there was nothing. The breakfast was nice & the siting in the external terrace was good"
