They made sure I was on the top floor as requested and even made sure I stayed smelling good on the field with deodorant since I forgot mine. I’m giving 5/5! Also very clean and love the DOVE products. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was surprised that they came in and changed out the towels. I hung them up like the sign said and when I retuned they had been changed out with fresh towels. Not a deal breaker by any means but it would be great if they stood by their eco-friendly policy stated on the hang tag in the bathroom. "
