Pan Pacific offered luggage transport to the cruise ship for a gratuity, we were surprised to be upgraded to a beautiful suite: dining table six chairs, huge bathroom with large jetted tub, rain shower and separate area with toilet and bidet. "We were attending a celebration of life at the church next door so the location was very convenient. The room was a little outdated, but there is obviously work going on to update the hotel. The bedding and towels were wonderful and despite being next to a hospital it was very quiet. The staff were all efficient and friendly and breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay again."
