"Being right by the lift, the room is a little beat up furniture/carpet wise. As you would expect. That said, it is impeccably clean and they were very service oriented and even allowed me an extra hour to check out (extenuating circumstances). The hot tub on the balcony was lovely and also very clean / I would not hesitate to book a holiday here with my family. The location (and convenience) plus hot tub and having a full kitchen would make this a no brainer. "

"We stayed in 2-bedroom Sutton suite. The suite was clean and had everything we could possibly want. I requested extra blankets & pillows and extra coffee/tea and housekeeping delivered the in minutes. There’s a grocery store across the street and a wine shop next door, which was an extra convenience. The staff were super friendly and answered every question we had. We ate breakfast at Boulevard restaurant on our last morning there, which was delicious. The hotel itself is perfectly located:...
