"Courtney at the front desk was awesome. Very helpful, friendly and nice. The chair in our room was very wobbly, she found us a replacement right away. The carpet had some spots on it, but the room had a couch and a desk and chair. It was noisy. The bed was clean and comfortable and the shower was great."

"Amazing adventure! Book the Tranquility Cabin and the Serenity Slot experience! We’re still on a high from this experience! It was an absolutely amazing adventure that exceeded every single one of our expectations. The entire process was seamless and incredibly well-organized. The guides/hosts were phenomenally knowledgeable, patient, and full of infectious energy that made the day even more special. It balanced pure excitement with wonderful hospitality, leaving both of us completely captivated. It was genuinely a life-disrupting, beautiful memory that we will treasure forever. Don't even hesitate—just book it! For us, we’re looking forward to arranging to bring more family with us next time for a possible giraffe adventure! "Loved our stay with the giraffes, Jigsaw and Puzzles. It was amazing to be able to feed them from the room and to wake-up with the view of giraffes. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. All the facilities were clean. The animals are clearly loved and well taken care of. The dinner experience was delicious. I highly recommend."

"we did a monday to friday stay at the king ranch suite, which was an amazing experience. The whole property was also a cool experience with a whole array of animals to interact with. They had a nice outdoor pool which was a 5 minute walk from the room, but not too bad. Staff nice also. No complaints at all, except lack of food/beverages options on the property, you need to basically order uber eats and everything is far away and doesnt taste good. Maybe do some shopping before you come-they have a fridge in the room so you can store essentials to at least have a basic breakfast. Great place to stay for a day, max 2 days; we definitely overdid it with our 5 days and actually left a day early to have a chance to see Dallas before our flight back. Overall I highly recommend them for a short trip you will have a great experience!"
