"This has been my go to propery in Paris for a few years now. It's always reasonably priced. The rooms are clean and modern, excellent beds. And for paris, this view and room sizes are great. No, it's not quite in the center of Paris, which I prefer. It's close enough to the center with excellent transit options."

"I was traveling with my husband and two teenage sons(13 & 15) so the room set up with them in the attic space above us worked well. The room did not have a fixed ac unit but they did have a large portable ac unit in the room. My husband and I were fine but our sons said it was very hot in the attic part - we were there in July at the end of the heatwave. There is not much space in the room/studio but we did not plan to spend much time in the room so it was fine for us. There is a small kitchen area with a washing machine, fridge, microwave, and stove top. We found the location to be good, with a metro station nearby and it also felt safe to us. We got to Paris early in the morning and were not able to store our bags there but there is a city locker in the same street so we stored our bags there and it worked well. The room was quiet. Ours was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator, we had backpacks so it wasn’t an issue for us but if we had had large wheeled cases it would have been difficult."

"Excellent. Short pleasant walk from airport which is advantageous after day of the riding trains. The staff were friendly but I did have avlittkecpausecatvtgecchevkin. I am senior and French is not my first language. I do understand well I was using the electronic check in but the very friendly clerk tried helping me and someone else. I did want to obtain a breakfast voucher, but the following morning realized I did not pay for that. It was easily remedied but did not need to happen.."

"The proximity to Disney was great. The property itself was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a plus although a lot of breads. Variety of fresh fruits could have been more. Shuttle was a plus although could have had more buses in Circulation to help with busy times. Sometimes it was a 45 min wait for a bus. We actually walked the 2km after the fireworks one night. AC was not an American one more of a fan blowing. Overall it was a good fit for our family. The pool was beautiful and beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Price was affordable compared to the Disney hotels."

"Excellent service, personnel super gentil. Belle chambre propre, bien aménagée et lit très confortable. Navette pour Disneyland Paris disponible gratuitement. Très bon buffet déjeuner. Je recommande cet endroit. Nous étions 5 (famille avec 2 ados et grand-père). Nous avons tous apprécié notre séjour de 4 jours."
