The staff here is AMAZING! This is a cute little boutique hotel and if you want a true Paris neighborhood experience without all of the tourist life around this is your spot. The views from the rooftop are incredible. The area is fantastic. I would absolutely stay here again.

Cute little hotel in the middle of downtown within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Champ Elysee and the Arc de Triumphe. Access to the metro and trains is about a two block walk. The hotel is very quaint. The roof top balcony is amazing with views of the Eiffel Tower.

The breakfast is great. They gave us a bottle of wine and the first day breakfast for free, the beds were really comfortable and the room was quiet. Front desk was helpfull but our room had a sad view.Everything was clean and we liked the hotel and the location

The hotel is nice but small. My room was a decent size. The color scheme of the room was very dark. My room was clean. The location of the hotel was convenient to good restaurants and of course the Eiffel Tower.

Really enjoyed the proximity to Paris highlights and Metro. Felt safe at the hotel. View of the Tower from rooftop is not to be missed. The breakfast we included is fine with drink (hot n cold), ham/cheese, baked good and fruit-brought to our room in the morning. It’s an older hotel with smaller rooms but sufficient to the task. Plenty of food options nearby as well. Would be happy to stay again at Rayz.

Nice hotel in a nice location - walkable to the Eiffel tower and several places to eat. Bathroom was very small - only one person could fit at a time and there isn't a lot of counter room for your toiletries. The rooftop is a nice touch and provides a pretty decent view of the Eiffel Tower.

We loved our stay in this lovely, centrally located boutique hotel! We stayed in a classic room and it was bigger than we were expecting, with a large bed, kitchenette with little fridge, A/C and the best rainfall shower we've ever experienced. Their rooftop patio had an amazing view. We got the daily breakfast and it was delivered promptly at our requested time and was delicious. Rayz was walkable to most of the attractions we wanted to see, and was in a safe, quiet neighborhood with friendly staff. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

The area was quiet at night and just a street over, Rue Cler, there were many cafe and restaurant options. The staff was amazing and provided house keeping any day that was requested. The breakfast was delicious and definitely worth while!

My friend and I are traveling through Europe. This was our first hotel stop and it was amazing. The hotel itself was gorgeous and the room was very clean and well prepared. The hotel employees were so helpful and accommodating when we needed recommendations. The Eiffel Tower view from the rooftop was definitely a plus. I would highly recommend this hotel to any of my family and friends.
