"It was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a very long time. Very clean and well kept."

"Clean, helpful staff. Did not like having to have one card for everyone to take to breakfast together as we planned to eat at different times."

"So I was expecting top-shelf Hyatt but I learned there are different levels or so it felt that way. I drove nine hours and was looking forward to a long, bubble bath, though I had to settle for a shower. Emily from the front desk felt my pain, she made sure I had a hot cup of tea and retrieved milk from the kitchen for me to cheer me up. What a lovely girl! The restaurant on the roof was not a good representation of Saint Augustine’s eateries. The room was very clean. I had a microwave...

"Everything is perfect"

"Staff was excellent. Location was nice and clean. Valet parking was expensive. Construction on bridge was an inconvenience for access to town. Breakfast was average."

"Our king room was not very clean. Black mold in the bathroom shower and walls. Minimal room service. Trash and towels only. Door to our room sticking terribly. My wife could not open the door due to it sticking. The bathroom door would not close because of mis alignment. Also we had to pay $15.00 per night to park on their property."

"The owners of Haley's Court have kept the best of the old and combined with the best of the new. From original tike in the bathrooms, original terrazzo flooring, they have added superior beds, large walkin showers, wifi and streaming TV."

"A work in progress location. OK for this price"

"I highly recommend this staycation. I was greeted by the owner and given a historic tour of the property . The facility was very clean and cozy, no orders or smells. I especially love the porch with the rocking chairs. It close at the historic district with restaurants for breakfast within walking distance. Be advised it’s located on a very busy street so you will have traffic noise and the air conditioning unit is a bit loud. I’m planning another visit but this time with a good set of...

"Clean room & good breakfast. Shuttle to St. Augustine for a fee."

"This is our favorite place to stay in St Augustine. We could see dolphins playing from out balcony and its walking distance to downtown."

"Breakfast staff was exceptional…everyone working was friendly, kind, and gracious. It was an excellent stay!"

"Loved our room that was facing the water and had a balcony."
