"This property is an inn on a quiet street with great views of St. Augustine. The walk to St Augustine is about 7 minute over the bridge. The proximity to historic town is amazing. We had a great sleep! The street is quiet. But what we can’t stop talking about is the fantastic breakfast we had. Fresh egg muffins, delicious toast and muffins, fruit and warm coffee while watching boats in the harbour. The morning breakfast service was exceptional. Lovely interior design, great view, quiet location, comfortable beds, great kitchen, full of necessities and amenities, fun outdoor equipment and soooo much space. Great for family or friend get-togethers. Worth every penny and the hostess responded immediately to my various inquiries each time which was priceless. "

"Ww we had a suite, separate bedroom, bath, kitchen and living room. Very comfortable. The pkace is older but pretty well kept. We will definitely stay there again."

"The pool and rooftop deck were really nice. A bit of a walk around to the back of the property, and by the main house rental. We were fortunate that we were alone until our second to last day. The kitchen could’ve been better in terms of pots and pans that were decent to use for cooking. Most people probably don’t plan on doing much cooking on vacation, but we have special diets and do a lot of our own cooking. Kitchen is tiny. But nice place overall. Proximity is awesome if you’re a walker, like we are. We walked everywhere and never had to use the car except to go to the beach. It really is a one and a half bedroom place. It’s more of a studio, with a bedroom upstairs."
