"Room view is excellent but room 301 is so hot that I found difficult to fall asleep. It is better if I cant open the window wider and let cool and fresh air into the room to decrease the room tempereture and increase the comfort of residents."

"We had the most gorgeous stay at this apartment. It was extremely clean, well equipped and the perfect location. Close to shops (Lidl, Asda etc) and a short drive from beaches and the train station for St Ives. Five of us stayed comfortably here and the host was excellent with communication for any queries we had. We only had slight issues with parking as the road is so narrow and were worried about blocking paths, but most residential streets are like that in this area. We would love to come back!"

"Room/bathroom smallish but nice and comfortable. Good, well priced food and beer. Free parking available. However, breakfast not provided, Can be noisy at night (bar, sometimes with live music, below bedroom). "

"I used this for a business trip. It has an allocated parking space and handily located near to supermarket, shops and food options. Cozy and nicely equipped with a good shower, kitchenette and bed."

"There were various issues that we experienced that we shouldn't have. I emailed through my concerns on the first evening and didn't hear a response through the Vrbo app. Other issues appeared on the second day which I also emailed through Vrbo app but also emailed Toms Holidays direct to tell them that I had emailed on the app and then got an immediate response. The management dealt with the issues and agreed that we shouldn't have had to deal with any of it and they tried to put things right. Their response was appropriate. The location itself was great and the beds comfortable. The little heaters were very efficient at taking the chill off the rooms when we first got up and in the evenings. The storm on Sunday did throw things around outside but it was good that my daughter could move from the front bedroom to the bottom bunk in the more sheltered side room. We did manage to choose a chilly week to visit Cornwall but the position of the property was excellent for visiting friends and places of interest very easily. We would thoroughly recommend going to visit the seals at Godrevy. "

"We stayed here as a family group of 10 incl. 3 generations. We found the house charming, and we were able to explore around Cornwall from Penzance to Tintagel from this central location. I chose to round up to 5 overall stars because the host was quick to assist when we needed a question answered and we were happy travelers, but I will note a few things which would've made the stay even better: We were only able to use the one shower on the ground floor because the one upstairs over the antique tub was very impractically tight. Assume you'll need to bathe or share one shower. It should be noted that the main staircase divides in one direction toward the bathroom and the bedroom with bunked beds, and then splits in the other direction toward the 3 remaining bedrooms. This means that the guests in those 3 bedrooms must go down one flight of stairs and up another to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Just want to note that for other travelers who may have difficulty on a lot of stairs in the dark. The clothes dryer vents inside, onto the floor. This creates a wet floor and a great deal of steam. While we wanted to dry our clothes, we didn't want to expose the house to that kind of steam, so we needed to open the back door and shut the door to the rest of the house whenever we needed to run that appliance. We would've much preferred just using a clothes line or drying rack, but none could be found. Overall, we enjoyed our stay & would consider returning!"
