"Loved the stay! The staff was friendly, informative, and helpful. At check-in, the front desk staff was quick to get us checked in and informed us of dinner, snacks, and drinks included with our stay. Our room was clean and spacious. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The parking lot was safe, clean, and well lit. Breakfast offered a great variety of options. I had oatmeal and orange juice and it was excellent. We will definitely stay here again. Nothing but positive things to say about the entire operation. Great job, Drury Inn! You exceeded our expectations!!"
"The room we had originally been assigned was having issues with the air conditioning and it was about 100 degrees outside. We told the front desk as we were leaving to get dinner and head to the state fair. They said they could fix it while we were gone. After being outside for the rest of the day we both just wanted a cool shower and to collapse into bed. We got into the room and it was still hot. Went downstairs and they moved us to a different room that was nice and cold. The next morning breakfast was lacking but we had been notified beforehand about this so not a big deal. The staff were amazing in helping us with the issues we had and were so kind. "
