"The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to help my family have the best possible stay! Our room was not ready so they put us in a waiting room so we would be comfortable while we waited for the super nice room they upgraded us to! They checked in on us, brought us more blankets and everyone was very pleasant and nice to work with! The hotel was super clean, comfortable beds and the pool looked nice but we didn't end up having time to use it! Would definitely stay again if I visit San Francisico!"

"Booked a suite and it has a stain they couldn’t clean fast enough so they upgraded up to the better suite with the a half bathroom. Very nice and spacious. Nice living room and overall a great hotel. Has a bar and a place for breakfast Worth every penny. Only thing is that the bedroom ac didn’t cold like i would have wanted. When you book this hotel it’s for the nice room not the view. Also there isn’t onsite parking but the parking options are cheaper than other hotels that have valet parking. Will book again when I come back to sf"
