"The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. There were plenty of towels, and the cozy robes were nice to have. Barbara arranged transfers from the airport and met me at the door when I arrived. There was a large bowl of fresh fruit and welcome pastries. "At arrival we got a very charming welcome by Barbara with helpful recommendations for our stay in Porto. Everything in the apartement was well arranged and in very good condition. We did not miss a thing, also the coffee tabs very immediately replaced when we ran out of them. The apartement was very proper and cleaned after the third day of our stay with towels changed. "My husband and I had a fabulous 4 night stay in one of the studio apartments. Check-in went very smoothly when the super friendly desk staff escorted us to the parking garage and then to our clean and beautifully decorated room. The breakfast staff, especially the handsome well-mannered servers, were attentive and friendly. The buffet breakfast was lovely and filling. What more could you ask for?"

"Even though we where supposed to be a VIP customer, we received a room with a small window facing a construction a few feet away. After I asked for another room they put me on a "waiting list" shortly after I got a call that they might have a front room but there would be an additional charge of 90Euro a day. After I talked to a manager, they reduced the surcharge to 50Euro a day. We took the room which was very nice and had a great view."
