"Unfortunately this hotel experience was a disappointment. We were given a room that was locked from inside, and when I complained this has never happened to us, the staff remarked, "It happens to us all the time!" - which did not say a lot about the property upkeeping or management. The room smelled faintly of dirty cleaning water. Bathroom fan was working, but the staff did not leave us enough towels for all of us. Breakfast buffet was excellent! I would come back just for the food. Easy parking. But, I would not stay here again."

"The room was comfortable and we had the amenities we needed. It offered a generous breakfast every morning. Coffee and water were available at all times. The gym was clean and easily accessible. The pool was closed during our stay due to the season we traveled in. There was ample parking downstairs. The bar on site was really cute and the drinks were great. We were driving distance to a lot of things and it made it a great homebase. We would definitely stay here again."

"I have always booked and paid for the day before I show up just in case I roll into the area before the 3 pm check in. This was no different from other times I’ve booked hotels. Except the manager told me that’s not how hotels work and for lack of better words, called me stupid for being a “no show” and not letting the hotel know I was showing up after the 3 pm check in on the 6th, so the receptionist said they sold my room that was already paid for when I booked through Expedia and the manager said for me to contact Expedia and they would call him and he would “decide if i deserved my refund for my no show” to which I then broke down crying after driving 26 hours to get to this hotel for my weekend concert. After circling Expedia’s “help chat” and trying to contact family for help, the manager then came back 30 minutes later saying they actually hadn’t sold my room and were not fully sold out. So if you’re in the market for a “manager who has been in this business for 20+ years” to teach you a lesson due to what he thinks is right and wrong and will make a fool of you in the lobby before the sun rises, then by all means. This hotel might be for you. Be warned, housekeeping will fully walk into your hotel room 2/3 hours before your check out and just stand in your room while you’re sleeping even with the do not disturb placard up! "

"Convenient location, difficult access.There are two flights of narrow, dark, dirty, carpeted stairs that smell strongly of pet urine before you reach the property. The space was 87 degrees when I arrived at 11:30 pm. Manager advised that the thermostat was probably installed incorrectly and I should just open windows. Since it was so hot from the heat running, it took all night to cool down, and the street noises and neighbors were very loud.No linens for the two additional beds available. Minimal check in/out instructions other than to start the laundry with bed linens (but no laundry detergent).Overall due to the difficult access, rudeness of the manager, the dirty stairwell, and lack of intervention by VRBO, I would avoid this property."
