The villa is perfectly located 5 min from downtown Tulum and 5 min from the closest beach. Visitors cannot fail to notice the care given to detail, the feature of minimalist decor and Mexican craftsmanship that provide this unique balance and serene atmosphere all surrounded by Yum, the wild Mayan tropical jungle.
Our villa presents many enjoyable areas that provide different atmospheres that are thought to be take advantage at different key moment of the day, more secluded or made to share in group, private or common areas; rooftop pool, freshwater jacuzzi, water trail, fireplace, lounge, rooftop bar, multifunctional salon ... experiment & adventure yourself!

Cousin trip

My cousins and I went to tulum and decided to rent a house and were so glad we chose this one. The staff was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious and very authentic. We always felt very taken care of, even when the power would go out we still had a great time. If I ever go back I would definitely consider rebooking. I will definitely be recommending to anyone going to tulum. Also a huge thanks to Nohely, she was so amazing and welcoming, all of us have only good things to say about her.
