"Did not like the beach weeds we’re really bad ocean water looked like a cess pool ,Never went in the ocean, On a plus side staff was amazing kind and considerate"

"Our stay at Olivia Oceanfront Tulum was absolutely incredible! We traveled with a group of friends, and it was the perfect place for an unforgettable Tulum getaway. The beautiful setting, relaxing atmosphere, and amazing amenities made our stay even more special. The Guest Experience team was amazing and helped us throughout our stay with great recommendations for restaurants, activities, and places to explore. The check-in process was quick and easy, and our room was clean, comfortable, and...

"This is the place if you want to unwind and unplug. We would consider it a luxury accommodation. Many places on property were private, encouraging romance and intimacy. We especially enjoyed the restaurant staff, a few shout outs to Milo, Mario and Leo for excellent service and conversation. Transportation can be an issue but concierge was very helpful. We enjoyed the hotel/resort. Nothing but other hotels within 10 minute walking distance. We appreciated that the property looks just like the...

"This hotel is perfect, relaxing vibe, the cenote is amazing, the staff is so humble and attentive, excellent service, food was delicious. Definitely would recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is beautiful, lush and in a great location. The pool could have been cleaner. It was cloudy and needed to be skimmed. Most hotels of this caliber clean their pools every day. This one didn't feel as clean. And then, of course, all the sargassum on the beach made it impossible to use, but that isn't the hotels fault."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotelito Azul. The property has been beautifully renovated and has a fresh, relaxing atmosphere. Every morning, a complimentary basket of artisanal bread and American coffee was delivered to our room, which was such a lovely way to start the day. The Hotelito Azul team was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. At first, I was a little unsure about having communication primarily through WhatsApp, as it was a new experience for me. However, I...

"The service was amazing and the hotel is beautiful"

"Todo nos gustó lo único que señalaría muy caro y los lugares muy desolados"

"The hotel’s cleanliness and maintenance were impeccable. We especially appreciated being able to communicate with the staff via WhatsApp at any time and how attentive they were to our needs throughout our stay. The price is definitely worth it, as the staff goes above and beyond to make the experience truly pleasant and enjoyable. The breakfast is great!"
