"Check in gave full detail about property and was very nice, pool area was nice had a lot activities for the kids to stay occupied, only negative thing about the pool it was full of bugs like bad, bug were floating through out the whole pool and covered in the ground when you first walk in. Beds were very comfortable and the pillows. Very nice room. "

"spa was cold water. A friend staying with us did not get towels nor bed made despite asking several times. About 12 hours after initial request, they still did not have towels nor made bed. they were told they'd get the next morning."

"This place was awesome. We hiked and golfed in the mornings, rented a poolside cabana in the afternoons, had a pre-dinner drink at their patio happy hour and then ate at their restaurants at night. It was all top notch. Passagio was our favorite restaurant. Two meals there were outstanding."

"Everything was great here. We did have a little situation when we got into our room. There was 3 huge moths that got in from the window that was left open previous to us getting into the room maybe from cleaners or something. We did take care of the moths and was able to lock the window but we were too tired to call down and change rooms or something. It was not horrible. We were able to get rest. Everyone was great from checking in to checking out. I would definitely stay here again."

"It was a typical hotel. Everything was clean, tidy and in order. There was a mini fridge in the room which was nice. The bed was soft so our backs hurt every day. The pool and grounds were beautiful. Restaurant food left me underwhelmed and the conference food as well. The coffee was .. bla, especially the room coffee. "
