"The room and stay was really nice. How the pictures look online is how the property looks. The noise level was low and surrounded by many shops and restaurants."

"It was horrible from the moment I arrived to check in; I felt discriminated against. They asked for my ID and credit card, but couldn't find my reservation. Finally, they gave me the keys but didn't tell me where the pools, the water park, or my room were located. We set off but couldn't find it; we asked three different employees where that room number was, and all three said they didn't know. Another guest staying there told us where it was—on the third floor. We carried all our things up the stairs, only to find it was the wrong room; I had booked a room with two beds, but the one they gave me had only one. I had to go back to the front desk, where someone else helped me. I explained the problem, but she couldn't find me in the system; I had to show her the reservation confirmation number and photos of the two-bed room. She asked who had helped me earlier, and I pointed to the person standing next to her. She said, "He gave you the wrong room," and told me she would switch me to a room on the second floor. She didn't tell me where the room was either, so we had to carry everything back down. Two hours later, we realized there were elevators—something those employees never mentioned. It seems like they don't like their jobs. I felt discriminated against and ignored; I was treated as if I were invisible. This is the worst hotel."

"The bottom floor rooms are horrible, I wouldn't get one of the bottom floor rooms they have roaches and are usually pretty dirty. The top floor rooms are okay. The amenities while there is none. There is a dirty microwave inside the office. They don't give you clean sheets or towels. They don't change the top comforters on the bed. If you're just looking for a cheap place to lay your head for the night it works."

"This hotel is a nightmare. Looks cute in photos and on tik tok. They must give influencers a free stay for content and they come and leave because there is no way anyone is staying here. It’s a renovated motel in the middle of the hood. You can’t walk around. It’s next door to a motel 6 that had rooms for $11 a night. I saw the biggest cockroach I have ever seen. There are signs in the parking lot about stolen vehicles. They have bikes for guests but you absolutely can’t ride them anywhere lol. Ever seen an episode of the first 48 in Tucson? This is what the neighborhood looks like. Best part. I paid $200 on Expedia and when I got home they tried to charge $624 to my card. I’m pretty sure someone had gone through my things in my room during my stay. The staff is shady af. Gives serious trafficking vibes. Stay far away. Also there was a weird light in the bathroom fan. Although it’s probably nothing it just added to the ambience of possibly kidnapped or robbed."

"We think the property is nice overall, but we noticed somethings need maintenance upgrades. Our room could have been cleaned a little better. The bathroom door and the light switch wasn't clean. We found crumbs and dust on the floor near the floor light and chair in the corner of the room. There wasn't enough staff near the pool early enough to open the slide, however, once I asked someone, they obliged."
