"Clean room"

"Cool place for a single stay. I stayed there on three different trips, this last time for about a week. While it is a Cool-O funky art vibe, the other parts of the hospitality game get a bit slack. Cement floors that housekeeping doesnt get to, even after asking for a clean up, not a great thing. No coffee in the room is a drag for like 90% of sapient lifeforms as well, the AC is essential but shouldn't sound like an F16, and lack of any kind of closet space is sus af. So, OK for a one off stay, I'm fact I highly recommend it. But other than that it is a 1 and done."

"The pool was a vacation itself!! Everythingwas very clean, staff was so nice, rooms are small but super cute!!"

"The service was very slow. Called guest services for wine glasses and cork screw and no one even came. When we went to the bar to ask the bar tender volunteered to loan us his personal one. They didn’t have amenities they listed either. "

"The hotel is very close to the airport. The room was ok. Bed very comfortable. OK so here is my beef! #1... only shampoo... no conditioner... no lotion. The water was very treated... so yes - conditioner and lotion would have been great. #2 their website lies about the shuttle being available from 5am to 11 pm. It is NOT available from 5am to 6am. I was told by the lady at the front desk if I wanted a ride to the airport I had to let them know 15 - 20 minutes before 5am to ensure that the driver was available. I called down to the front desk as I was leaving my room. That lady told me I actually had to be in the lobby to request the ride. So I got down... and then had to wait for 15 minutes for the driver to show up. It would have been faster and more convient for me to drive across the street and use the shutle from where I parked my car the night before! Will not use this hotel again!"
