"Overall one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in Tokyo. Staff are friendly and able to speak English for non-Japanese travellers.
The housekeeping was also excellent. The only thing was we didn’t have the double or queen bed available.
The bathroom ceiling was low for someone taller than 6’."
