"I LOVE this hotel!! Whenever I come to Japan from the US, I stay here. The hotel is connected to Terminal 3 of Haneda airport. Room is smaller, but functional & super clean. Bed is very comfortable. The best things in this hotel are Spa & buffet breakfast. Various kinds of hot springs, steam sauna, and dry sauna. It’s so relaxing after a long flights. Breakfast buffet has both Japanese & “western” breakfast. Everything is so good. It’s a bit difficult to get to. (The hotel is a bit like a maze if you don’t know the structure.) There is a mall connected to the hotel & restaurants offer different kinds of food. You have to use machines for check in & out. There are clerks around to navigate you if you have any issues."
