We enjoyed our stay, the pet friendly caravan was clean and tidy with a comfortable lounge area, decent kitchen space with dining table for 4. The main double bedroom has a large wardrobe and an ensuite. There was another twin bedroom with a main bathroom. We had nice views out over the hills and there is a large field for dog walkers. The Reception staff were friendly and helpful and the check in was quick and simple. There is no wifi in the caravan but it is available in the restaurant and public areas. The bar and restaurant was ok, the food was nice but we thought it lacked atmosphere and we had to wait quite a while for the barmaid to make an appearance to serve us. All in all though we had a pleasant stay and found it an ideal base for exploring Cornwall!

The caravan was lovely, it was a superior 3 and the bed especially was very comfortable the caravan itself was spacious,clean (thanks to Sophie) and well equipped, the swimming pool was great and really warm, had a great couple of days, thanks ❤️

Overall the holiday park is a quiet and clean place, very comfortable to stay, the caravan is clean and include most of the things we need, the bed is comfortable, the water pressure is strong enough to have a good shower! Just one downside is there’s no wifi in caravan which they didn’t mention to us before our stay, we have to go to the pub to get the internet connection which is quite inconvenient, hope that can be stated clearly before booking or better provide the wifi service in the future!

This property is new and in good condition, but very tiny and not suitable for more than 2 adults and 2-3 children definitely not for 7 ppl as suggested. Sofabed is not suitable for sleeping. Location is good for visiting attractions of Cornwall.

Overall it is very good. The caravan is quite new but something inside like blinds and shelves in the fridge is broken. The staffs are helpful and friendly.

Great Location, Great Price, Beautiful new caravan with all the amenities needed for a family stay and has all basics on site. A great place to stay to explore Cornwall.

We had a lovely stay at Newperran in a very well equipped superior 3 caravan. All staff that we met were friendly and helpful, the food in the restaurant was really good. The swimming pool was great and the park is well situated to explore Cornwall. We didn't see the live entertainment so can't comment on that. We couldn't find any recycling bins onsite which was disappointing, but that was really our only complaint. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
