You can reach La Fortuna—home to the breathtaking Arenal Volcano—in approximately 50 minutes. The world-renowned cloud forests of Monteverde are just about a 1-hour scenic drive away, while the charming town of Tilarán is only 35 minutes from the property, offering easy access to local shops, restaurants, and essentials.

This central location makes it the perfect base for adventure, nature exploration, and experiencing the best of the region, all while enjoying a peaceful and relaxing setting.

A car 4x4 is necessary during the rainy season, expect unpaved roads and just 2 kilometers before our property you will cross a small creek, that during heavy rain could grow a little, but with a regular 4X4 wont be an issue. Arriving with daylight it is recommended.
Please plan to bring your groceries as the nearest supermarket is 30 minutes away.

Power outages are common in Costa Rica during rainy season, we provide small gas stove, candles and flashlights, typically power gets restore within 2 hours
