"The staff and service are outstanding here!! They are very attentive to their guests. The breakfast has great variety and delicious food. It is conviently located and everything is within walking distance. The rooms are clean but you may eant to check them out once you get the key. Some are more maintained than the others. Also, for the premium rooms with a window, make sure you get a room on the right side where you can see the city. If not, you will be looking at the back of the building. Despite those issues, the staff and their excellent service makes up for any inconvience. They will go out of their way to help you have a comfortable stay. "

From the moment you get out of the taxi, until you leave the hotel, you are treated like their only guest. The patience the staff have with certain customers is incredible. The spa below the hotel in an oasis of calm in the centre of Hanoi. Lovely breakfast and rooms are immaculate. Stay here and you will never forget it."
