"Wonderful hotel with very helpful staff. Great location as well, close to the lake. Special thanks to Alice, Liam, and Tony for all the help during the stay!"

"Personal muy amable. La habitación es sencilla pero limpia y con los necesario para pasar un par de dias. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente. Está en la zona antigua, pero no sé escucha ningún ruido de la calle."

"A basic budget hotel. Elevator fine, hot water, bathroom in room also. The bed sheets were lovely. - Negs: No staff on duty when I arrived (online ad announced 24-hr staffing). The room had no window (online ad and picture promised one)"

"Location was good once you found the walkway off of the main road. Good breakfast. Value for the price."

"Alley garden hotel is exactly that.A hotel tucked away in the back of an alley but to be honest, this is exactly why I believe this hotel is a hidden gem. Hidden away from all the hustle and bustle that is the vibrant streets of hanoi's old quarter. Perfect distance to keep all the noise at bay. Thick towels and a comfortable bed really helped to relax after a chaotic day, walking around in...

"Overall good value for the price. Ideally located in Old Quarter, close to everything. Stayed in the triple private room, a little run down but charming. Clean, fresh towels, solid vibe. "

"I stayed 2 days , itis close to the lake front ,good food ."

"Door broke whilst I was staying there ! Lock feel into the room. Allowed to pay for early check in and then all of my belongings had been moved to a new room when I got back- hadn’t been told "

Die Besitzer waren nett aber nur über WhatsApp erreichbar, haben uns ein alternatives Zimmer angeboten, das dann leider nach einer Nacht bereits ausgebucht war. Die Rezeption ist nicht besetzt, wir konnten also vor...

"I loved this hotel. Jay at the front desk was so helpful when I had a medical emergency. Everyone who works here is beyond kind. The location is excellent too. Make sure and book a balcony room where you can see all sorts of activity and music in the street below. Highly recommend Charming Moon. I just wish they had breakfast!"

"Tout etait tres bien. Petit dejeuner excellent Personnel tres serviable"
