For the price it’s good! But the housekeeping unformentely doesn’t clean any of the room. They just give new towels and water if you request it. We were there for 5 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned- which was a shame. Overall for the price you pay, it’s good! There are quite a few nice restaurants around and bars. The coffee shop downstairs was our favourite in all of Hanoi lovely staff

Our day was great. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a larger room that had a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. The room itself was very clean and spacious the area surrounding the apartment. Was also a nice area.

Great stay at Moonlight Tay Ho! The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Hoang Anh at reception was especially helpful. She gave us great local recommendations and made everything easy. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at Moonlight Tay Ho. It’s a cute, cozy apartment that’s tucked away in a quiet area right across from West Lake, making it a perfect escape from the city noise. One of the best-kept secrets here is the rooftop terrace—it’s a total hidden gem with an amazing view of the Hanoi skyline. The apartment is very well-equipped; having a private laundry machine was a huge plus for my trip, and the kitchen features a real, full-sized refrigerator that actually keeps your drinks ice-cold. Highly recommended for a comfortable, self-contained stay!

Would definitely go back, Alice, Tony at front desk go out of their way to make you happy, definitely ‘ above and beyond’, owner and manager are great too, room cleaning was done regularly, coffee shop downstairs was so convenient and staff excellent too! The apartment was spacious and clean. Nothing luxurious or fancy but it has all the necessary amenities (kitchen utensils, fridge, washing machine), all in good state. Nice view from the balcony. Also they have the nicest receptionist ever who speaks good english and he helped me recover my purse. Thank you for that!
