"Good property, the air freshener they use was not a pleasant smell. The rooms were very nice, old furniture by the elevators that took away from the appearance. The elevator needed a deep cleaning, but once again, I emphasize rooms were very nice."

"We had an absolutely lovely stay at the Peaceful Retreat cabin. VERY clean & nice decor. The hosts were VERY accommodating & quick to respond. The view of the lake from the front porch swing was calming. We wanted to stay longer!"

Every fabric in our room had visible staining on it (the couch, the chair, the stools), the pull out couch mattress was disgusting, multiple stains (pretty sure one of them was blood). The air-conditioning units both made clicking sounds. The shower curtain rod is about 2 uses before it rips out of the wall. The room overall could use a freshening up. There was no daily room cleaning, no trash service, and towels / linens were limited. "
