"We asked to change rooms because a large cockroach crawled across the wall from our bed. We needed to asked for enough towels for everyone in our room. The breakfast was terrible looking and mostly gone both time went down to see about getting food, and decided to eat elsewhere due to poor quality. There was no coffee and only cranberry juice available. I asked the staff for plastic ware or a spoon to eat leftovers we were going to warm up and was told they couldn't provide anything. Never staying at a Wyndham again!!!!"

"The “reading” really showed how NOT white the bedspread and sheets were. The same went for the washcloths. Either they need more bleach or new ones. The housekeeping staff came to the door 3 times to see if we checked out. After explaining we had a dementia parent with us, they were very understanding as to why it was taking us a while to get out of our room"

"The outside is not that great but inside was very clean, I was very grateful! "

"Definitely a 2 star busted door handles, only carbs for breakfast broken ice machines on both levels, no elevators dirty corridors and scary wash machine area "

"Our stat was okay but the musty smell was one of the biggest issues. There were a few deck boards were broken, the lawn wasnt cut, and the shower faucet was leaking behind wall. I did report to the host and she responded quickly to address. The neighborhood was a little sketch, but no issues. "

"Very loud and uncomfortably busy late night “stuff” going on in the neighborhood. Dogs barking and motion lights on/off throughout the night. Only lock for door was the code lock which is apparently known by surrounding neighbors. Fortunately, the neighbors on the kitchen end of the house were helpful and friendly. Did not sleep at all. We had reserved it for two nights, got there after dark, left at 7 in the morning and did not return. "

"Great location and comfortable for our group. It’s an older home that they’ve done a great job updating. There is some wear and tear (ex.microwave over the stove doesn’t work) but they’ve provided a microwave on the counter. Beds were comfortable for everyone in our diverse group and we had a blast. Would love a lamp in the main living area as the overhead is quite bright. Host was very communicative and the entire process was easy! "
