"We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house in Trabia! The location was ideal—peaceful and scenic, with stunning views of the sea and easy access to nearby towns like Cefalù and Palermo. The house itself was exactly as described (if not better).The outdoor area was a highlight for us—mornings on the terrace with coffee or afternoons lounging by the pool.The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and we appreciated the thoughtful welcome basket with Sicilian treats.Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, offering great recommendations for local restaurants. We would highly recommend this place!"

"Excellent property, suited perfectly our needs to be in a quiet area with an amazing pool (50m), volley ball and tennis courts, while also being able to drive -within 30mins- allowing spending a full day in Palermo and a full day in Cefalù. The unexpected highlights were the wonderful ( included) 3-course dinners with fresh and delicious food (the tuna tataki was the family favourite anti pasti!). Finally, the staff, the owner and Enzo made us feel so welcome and made our stay even more special. "

"This is an amazing house right by the sea. Paolo and Morena are superb hosts and went above and beyond to make our stay special. They booked tables for us, advised us on where to visit, replaced the TV on a Sunday when it stopped working and offered to order us pizza during a local power cut. We’ve had a fantastic holiday, I can’t recommend the house highly enough!! We will definitely return and recommend the house to friends. Thank you for a brilliant stay!! "

"We were two families (8 persons, kids in ages 3-8) that spent one week in Marcos house. The house is clean and spacious and comes with everything that is needed for the stay. The pool area is great for both adults and kids. Dinners and evenings are very nice to spend on the big terrace with an impressive view over the landscape and sea. When arriving Marco was welcoming and also helpful with different things throughout the week. His lovely parents live on the first floor of the house and was also very helpfull when needed. The house is surrounded by big cultivation areas and his parents was generous with giving us fresh tomatoes and home made lemon granita. From the house it is easy to reach both Trapani and Termini Imerese for excursions and shopping. We also visited Cefalù for one day, which is only one hour drive. The autostrada passes by close to the house and makes some noise, but nothing that was disturbing to us. Only thing to put on the wish list is some more equipment in the kitchen since we cooked most of our own meals. The beds are very hard, but that tend to be a thing here and not just for this place (compared to Scandinavian beds). Between 2-4 in the afternoon every day it is siesta and we were asked to be a bit more quiet. We found it a little bit annoying the first day since the kids wanted to be outside and play, but for the other days it matched our lunch time and paus from the sun. All in all we had a great week and can warmly recommend a stay there"

"This house looks nothing like the pictures. The house is filthy and broken down. The bathrooms are molded. This is a scam and a trap. Do not stay here. We left after a day and found a reasonable accommodation. This place is unsafe. The owner literally texted us to tell us certain parts of the home were unsafe."

The setting was peaceful and private, yet still conveniently located for exploring the area.Inside, the kitchen had everything we needed for group meals, and the layout made it easy for all of us to cook, eat, and hang out together. It really felt like a home away from home.The hosts were amazing — friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had the best stay possible.This place exceeded our expectations in every way.
