"Great location. Close to Osaka Station and Umeda area. Great staff. Very pleasant. Great view from lounge and rooms. Soaking in the spa on 31st floor at night is a must. Would definitely recommend."

"Easily my favourite hotel I’ve stayed at. Very friendly staff who greeted me and helped me check in. My room was perfect; clean, just big enough to be compact yet comfortable, and great wifi. My favourite features of this hotel has to be the public baths with the convenience store and washer/dryers all on the same floor. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance."

"This is a really big restaurant with so many travelers from different countries. Everything goes smoothly during check in and out. Convenient transportation but still very hard to find everywhere, that’s due to this complicated area. The restaurant is fine, but next time I would like some quiet area. Unlike many same standard restaurants, they didn’t offer bottled water and cosmetic products."
