"Kate Casey made our stay truly special. We came to Boston a couple of days early before our convention so we could enjoy the city, and the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport was the perfect place to stay. The location was incredibly convenient, the convention facilities were first-class, and our room was outstanding with beautiful views. The hotel itself is luxurious, but what really sets it apart is the staff. Kate went above and beyond to make my wife and me feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. That kind of personal hospitality is rare and memorable. We had a wonderful experience and can’t recommend the Omni Boston Seaport, and especially Kate Casey, highly enough."

"I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Braintree while attending a funeral in the Dorchester area, about 15 minutes away, so the location was very convenient. The surrounding area was pleasant, with restaurants and shopping nearby and Macy’s right across the street. That was a big plus for me. The room was clean, and the staff were pleasant. Breakfast was good, with eggs, sausage, roasted potatoes, and fresh orange juice. I also appreciated having coffee, tea, and water available throughout the day. I would stay here again and recommend it to others."
