"I have stayed at this hotel a few times now. And it’s a simple reason why. It does Everything you need from a hotel, but more importantly, you will not find more attentive staff at Any hotel in London. So friendly and really can’t do enough for you! Hotel is Always spotless and the food is very good. "

"Had a great night at this hotel. Check in was smooth. Hanna at the front desk was very helpful when I mentioned I was staying for partners birthday. She went out of her way to get chocolates and wine. I also was easily able to pay and add breakfast onto my booking. I had a nice room and I was really happy that I chose this hotel. It was quite busy due to a conference but did not negatively affect my stay. Was able to pay extra to check out later just before breakfast which was nice as check out is quite early at 11. Only issue I had was the parking cost me £45. Very expensive!! All in all Hanna made my stay so much nicer by going out of her way to make sure everything was memorable. Thank you. I’d definitely come again, probably wouldn’t drive though. "

"Terrific location. Seamless and easy check in process and walk to shopping, underground, food, etc. Away from the touristic hotspots, but that is what we wanted."

"Beds and rooms are extremely small. I understand it’s a budget hotel, but prices are over 300 a night for a very basic room. "

"Bra hotell. Små rum men det duger väl då de är bra planerade. Pool med panoramautsikt över skyskraporna, två bastus och bubbelpool på 20:e våningen. Ligger i ett härligt område och bara 300 m från DLR. Allt vi bett om i receptionen har de snabbt och smidigt fixat till oss. Väldigt dammigt rum och smutsigt i badrummet. Vi stannade bara två dagar och orkade inte påpeka det. Personalen hade säkert gjort något åt det om vi bett dem. Canary Wharf är ett väldigt coolt område med bra barer och restauranger samt shopping. Hotellet ligger strategiskt och vi kommer gärna tillbaka. "

"Excellent service and great staff"

"We had 4 nights in London and this was the perfect place to stay. It was close to underground and walkable to Tower Bridge. It was like home away from home with a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. The washer/dryer was an all in one unit and it took a little work to figure it out. It took a very long time to wash and dry but we were so thankful to not have to go somewhere to do laundry. There were several small grocery stores nearby so we could stock on basics for our stay. Aklin all we loved our stay and would definitely stay there again. "
