"The house was perfect for 15 of us to stay for the weekend and we would definitely book to stay again in future. The facilities are exactly as listed and the house is conveniently located, with beautiful sea views. There are a couple of things to note that could do with improvements, the main one being that it was almost impossible to have a shower as the water pressure is very poor in all of the en suits."

"We found Robins Victorian Villa through VRBO after deciding to get away for Christmas. We were worried at first. Trying to find a property for 4 adults, 3 children aged 3-6 and 2 dogs. We didn't think we'd find anywhere suitable within budget. This property came up and had it all. It is such a beautiful house. Spacious and had everything we needed. "This was probably the most ideal self catering property my daughter and I have stayed in since we started annual visits to Dartmouth in 1998. We loved the location, peaceful yet just a short drive to the town. The accommodation was spotless, spacious and provided everything we needed. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, and the free range eggs, milk and scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam were an unexpected treat. A delightful stay in every way."

"I've stayed there twice now on each visit to Plymouth. The rooms have been refreshed, clean and the area is generally fairly quiet. The location means you can walk to the Hoe, Barbican readily, and the Drake Circus is 5 minutes away. If I return to Plymouth, I'd readily come back!! And the staff are great :) "

Great find
"Great hotel in the centre of Plymouth shopping area walked to Plymouth Hoe for a concert 12/15mins but lovely walk. The Staff where amazing check in bar staff Restaurant all so good made you feel very welcome I even told the manager how good it was. Parked in drakes circus car park for 11 hours £15 car was really safe there as some car parks are really tiny if you have a 4x4 you would not get into some places. Certainly stay at this hotel again very happy "
