"This place is centrally located right in the heart of anime in ikebukuro which we like. Overall the room is dated and the bed is soft. The lights in the room are rather dim. The washroom is standard but a deeper tub and greater amenities inside with lotion, face oil, face wash, cleanser, and your standard body wash, conditioner and shampoo. Overall the two day stay was good for what we paid. Second time was great, staff at front desk spoke fluent English and was easy to understand."

"We stayed on 29th floor in a triple room. It was a good size big enough for 3 people and had a nice view over the city. The room was clean. The staff were helpful. Direct access from hotel to Sunshine City mall where you can access the metro which is one stop away from main ikebukuro station. I would recommend accessing hotel via the sunshine city mall as this is easier to find. Also the airport bus stops directly outside the hotel so this is an added bonus to a nice stay. Lifts weren't an issue...
