"I really liked this hotel, it was really clean and the staff were very friendly. The room was perfect for one person and the hotel is only a couple minute walk from the Yamanote line. They never responded to my message asking if I could drop my bags off before check in, but when I showed up they let me check in early without me even asking. My only complaint is that the towels smelled weird, like dogs or cheese. I got a new towel every day and every single one was like that, but you can’t smell...

"The walkway from Shinagawa station is not smooth enough to be rolling/pushing luggage to check into hotel. also, no cover during rain. I realize there are renovations on-going but I hope they make it more comfortable to transit from the station to the front desk for check in. thank you"
