Inside, the open-concept main floor is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a modern living room with a 55" Samsung QLED Smart TV—ideal for movie nights after a day of exploring or working.

Upstairs, you’ll find three beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and premium linens. With two full bathrooms (one on each level), there’s plenty of space and privacy for everyone.

The entire unit is private and for your use & comfort. We can get you paid parking upon request.

By car: 33 min to Pearson Airport and downtown Toronto (depending on traffic), 6min to High Park. We have one parking space available for guests. For additional cars, there is free street parking on the weekends. During the week, overnight street parking permits can be purchased from the City of Toronto website for $8.

By bus/subway: The #40 bus runs frequently from Dundas West subway station. It takes 5-7 minutes and stops across the street. Get off at Indian Grove (look for Mabel's Bakery with the purple awning).

By train: The Union-Pearson Express/GO Train Bloor Station is an easy 10min drive from our house or 5 minute Uber/Lyft, with rapid connections to Pearson and Union Station every 15min.

By bike: Biking is our preferred way to get around the city and we highly encourage our guests to give it a try! The nearby West Toronto Railpath provides a paved, car-free connection to Parkdale, Little Italy, and other west end neighbourhoods. There are several local bike shops that can arrange for rentals, as well as a city bike share program.

*There is 1 paid parking available directly with us and there are several paid parking options nearby:
- Green P Parking Lot 18 - 6 mins walk- open 24 hours - 10-20 CAD a day
- 3-39 Edna Ave Parking - 4 mins drive - open 24 hours - 10-20 CAD a da

*There is also a secured underground parking garage available at 20-30 dollars a day within 9 minutes drive from the building at Corso Italia Parking Garage at 91 Via Italia that opens 24 hours.

●No food on the couch or in the bedrooms to not stain the sheets and linens
●No Smoking anywhere inside the home or in the common areas on the property.
●No drugs, cannabis, or illegal substances anywhere on the property. It will result in a $250 fine.
●Max number of people in the unit should be what is stated upon booking
●.There is a $50 per guest per day fee for each undisclosed guest.
●There will be a 30$ convenience fee if we have to return forgotten items.
● A refundable damage deposit, ranging from $250 to $500, will be required after booking.
●We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
●We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
●We may request government-issued IDs from guests before check-in for security and verification purposes.
