"Great location, can walk to many attractions, restaurants, and Harbourfront. Streetcar right outside. Wonderful outdoor pool with a great view. Easy & reasonable parking. Comfortable spacious rooms with nice amenities. We had a problem with our AC in original room and when it couldn't be repaired, we were immediately moved to another room. Only complaint was our second room was above a restaurant and we could hear all the talking through our bathroom vent. Overall loved this place and will be back!"

"We had a wonderful 3-night stay here. Walking distance to the train station and all the activities we wanted to do! Shopping, Hockey Hall of Fame, Aquarium, ferry to Centre Island :) The staff was super-kind and helpful! "

"In life, you usually get what you pay for. This hotel is no exception. I travel for work once a month at the minimum, sometimes 3 times a month. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. It was my first time in a Ritz Carlton. It won't be my last."

"Overall great stay and large room. In a great location downtown. Some very small issues . Ac unit was not controlled in room , had to call desk to adjust temperature. Then, even with all room lights on it’s still little dim in the room. "
