"I was sceptic that this stay would go well based on the conflicting reviews. Check in was a breeze, I followed the email to the letter and had no issues finding the location or where to pickup the key. Once we went into the unit I was blown away but what an amazing view our unit had! Additionally it was very clean and well cared for. There were ample kitchen supplies to cook/serve basic meals."

"The InterContinental in Toronto was absolutely lovely! We had a stunning view of Lake Ontario, and we were overlooking Ripley's Aquarium and the Rodger's Centre! The staff were incredibly kind and more than willing to help us with our luggage and directions. We were unable to use the amenities due to time restrictions on our trip (our fault, not the hotel's), but we saw the beautiful spaces and would come back in a heartbeat to use them!"

"The room was clean, good location and great breakfast. The property is getting older, as we noticed the cupboard to the fridge, the top hinge was off and in the bathroom, the flusher handle was broken but worked. "
