"Where to even begin with this gem!?! The location is absolutely phenomenal. This was our first time to Europe, so of course we were filled with so many gaps of knowledge on what to do and where to go. But from before arrival, Johnny reached out to get an idea of our arrival time which gave me a sense of security right off the bat. By the time we arrived, he offered us the ability to hold luggage as it wasn’t check in time, but not only held our luggage, gave us access to the property for any waiting time we’d like to do there or use of restroom. He gave excellent recommendations, and ensured that we were taken care of. The room was clean, air conditioned, and close to everything. We were a 5min walk to the tower, baptistery, and church. Close to a bunch of little eateries, and the market. There was a small fridge and a coffee machine. The bathroom is small, but has the necessary amenities. Customer service is top notch. They tried their best to get us checked into our room early, although not expected as we understood check in time was later. But we did appreciate the early check in. They had our luggage in our room before we even got to our room, and assisted us in booking a taxi for our departure. I highly recommend this spot. You will NOT regret it. "I spent a relaxing and enjoying the City. It was very close to the Pisa Tower, lots to see and several restaurants to enjoy lunch in. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property. "

"Absolutely the Worst Stay of My Life I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. There was no staff present, no one to contact, and it was completely impossible to get assistance when I needed it. The key card they gave me didn’t work, and I was locked out for an entire night—with no one available to help, no phone answering, nothing. When I finally managed to speak to someone the next day, the staff were incredibly rude and completely indifferent to what had happened. They didn’t apologize or try to make it right in any way. It was honestly one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this place at all costs."
