The hotel itself is clean. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very nice. It is located very close to the train station. Only negative is the area from the side street of the train station to the hotel is a bit dirty and feels sketchy. We would stay again if we had to for one night if we were transiting.

Short walk to the train station and Pisamover for the airport, The room was basic but clean. The shower had hot consistent water and good towels in the bathroom. There are steps to climb to get to the lobby area if that is an issue for you.

Great location for visiting Pisa tower, city and university. All are within walking distance. Shower is great. Breakfast is okay for the money. The only thing we do not like is that the room key is attached with a heavy metal plate. When we leave the hotel for sightseeing, we have to leave the key to the counter. When we return, we have to collect it from the person on duty. It works like what we saw in the old movies.

Nice and clean hotel

The hotel was clean and there was friendly service. Croissants, toast, coffee, cocoa, juice, cold meats, yogurt, cereal, fruit were offered for breakfast. Everything was fine 👍
