Lovely staff, all very friendly and helpful. Very close to Pisa Centrale station which was convenient although not the nicest immediate surroundings. Close to shops and about a 20 minute walk to the Leaning Tower. My room was a good size with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. The breakfast buffet was very good too.

The hotel was an easy walk from train station. You could walk to main shopping and dining areas of the city in about 10 minutes and to the Tower in about 30 minutes easy. The hotel is old and no real updating has been done. The breakfast was great - lots of choices. They provided water in fridge. Had old world charm but a some strange smells in places. Great convienance with no frills.

This is a nice wee hotel, conveniently located very close to the train station. Although some might say that the place needs a bit of a refurb, we liked its vintage features very much. Our room had a new bathroom and the air con worked very well. The room was clean, and had a comfy bed. All staff were super nice. I will stay here when I visit Pisa again.

Clean room and good bed, but work down bathroom, blinking electric lamp and very noisy aircondition. Friendly staff was a plus. Poor access by car to the hotel and expensive parking the nearby underground parking (not included).

This is an inexpensive guest house. The nuns were very nice and welcoming and we were able to check-in early. The location is good. It’s close to the city center and train station. If you are looking for an inexpensive hotel I would highly recommend this.

Nice air-conditioned room, VERY friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. They let us in 15 minutes earlier as we were rushing for the airport. Superb location (you can literally walk to the airport) and very good price.

Air conditioning did not work, so don’t go when it’s hot, staff was friendly, morning breakfast was just adequate, room was a bit dirty especially bathroom but not terrible, the highlight of this place is the proximity to train station and walking distance to the tower and old town. Consider it for a one night stay only in pisa
